Answer phone calls

Is anyone else having a problem with answering the phone? Sometimes the swipe up doesn't work and sometimes pressing the ANSWER icon doesn't work. The problems occurs when screen is active, on the LOCK SCREEN or charging. Thanks.

I read once clearing cache would be helpful in such a situation..Hope it would be helpful
