Answering Calls with voice

Is there any way to answer calls by voice like you used to be able to do on S7? I can't find the command in accessibility.

I really miss being able to do that.

That can be done with Bixby, you just say answer the call using speaker and it will answer the call via speakerphone.

I tried Bixby but I guess I didn't set it up correctly.
