Answering calls

Sometimes when I get a call on my fascinate its hard to slide the puzzle piece into place to answer the call. So what I'm wondering if there's a way to set my fascinate so I get buttons to press like I get whem I'm on a call and aother comes in rather than having to pugh the puzzle piece into place.
