I have clockwork mod recovery and the app ROM manager on my Gnexus and antivirus pro said that 2 files are intrusive adware. Should I ignore it? Or delete it?

the blob folder is associated with CWM backups

it's probably nothing to worry about but if you care, delete the backups and take another backup, that should clear and rebuild the blob folder.
or use TWRP

These are the blobs that got flagged. AVG hit as well, using the Windows7/desktop application as opposed to Android.
