Any advantages of 3rd party launcher for Pixel 6?

Yes very frustrating indeed..I would not be able to keep the launcher if I was seeing those delays ...I only have one homescreen and the Google to the left feed ...my animations are always set to zero...no issues here with AOD or the FPS ...you might want to see if it improves with no animations ...

Yeah, I am going to try that for sure. If it doesn't improve it (or causes any issues), I'll likely just have to get used to it. I take advantage of too many Nova Icon swipe features (and a couple Nova gestures, like double-tap to Lock Screen) to leave Nova behind.

Good luck hopefully it improves ..agree so many good things with Nova to give up ...I use plenty of gestures and extras ...

7, which I guess is technically still in Beta. I should have mentioned that before. Apologies. I'd say maybe one or both will get ironed out eventually, but it sounds like from your earlier post, the delay is normal behavior. (I'm less concerned about the swipe up from home when on my secondary home screens, as I think I can get used to just swiping back left or right to it...though it would be preferred to have to not do that)

Oh wait, you mean the swipe up to go to your default screen? If so, take a look at my screenshot, I think that's the most reliable combination of settings to make it work.

Nova 7 has already a stable version (I think the latest one is 7.0.49). The latest Beta version, which I use is 7.0.54.

Same setting. Again, no problems when leaving an app. Just very picky about how short the swipe up is when getting back to "default"/main Home Screen from secondary ones. Not the end of the world. Thanks again for your help, though!
