"This OS"? Which OS are you referring to? 4.1? 4.2? 4.3? Android at all?
You're "criteria" is "this OS" that looks like iOS 4/5 or galaxy S3 Mini. What does that even mean? Do you want to have the form factor of those phones or are you referring to the appearance of those phones OS, as in some kind of theme or skin?

If I have to extrapolate what I think you mean, I assume you want a phone that has the form factor size of an iPhone 4/5 or galaxy S3 Mini, with an android OS? If that's the case, how about getting a galaxy S3 Mini? I just don't understand what you want.
I really wish people would learn how to format a question, with information and details, so we can actually answer it for you. Do you even proofread your stuff before you post it?
