Any apps for automated answer?

I was wondering if anyone knew of an app that will work like your voicemail and answer for certain #s. When work calls me I have to press 1 to say I am the employee and then 3 to say I don't want to come in. I was wondering if there was an app that could answer that phone call for me at 3am and send those key inputs. Any help would be appreciated
