anybody else here on t-mobile on a family plan.?? i got this account in may-2014 since them my monthly bill suppose to be $198.00 for 4 lines+equipment taxes included. well i have yet to get a bill that says the correct amount is always in the $220 to $298 and i would have to call them go thru the brake down
so they can see total amount totals too $198.00 no matter how you added or subtracted, then they promise to fix it well here we are in oct i just saw the bill online now is $210.00 reason for this high because they change my due date and this is a pro rated bill this is the 3rd new due date. so every month they try to take extra money from me.
i want to pay these s5 off and switch to another carrier i rather deal with bad customer service than deal with a company trying to rob me every month and then give me 15 diff reason as to why the extra charges.

It is the same on all carriers. But if you actually think your being ripped off talk to a CPA alot of them will offer to go through the info for just a portion of the difference. But if there is not a difference then you owe them the standard fee. So if you know your right then do it and you will have a case for breach of contract which could score you a nice payout.

I have to warn you tho that they pay their own accountants to make sure the fees are all inline with their contracts. So I would go through your contract with a fine tooth comb and make sure what you signed.

thanks but t-mobile has no contract pay as you go.check out this link=

There is not contract as in a lock in contract of a duration of service. You are still on a service contract where you and the service provider have agreed to how you will use the service and what all the costs are.

Just because they dropped one contract doesn't mean they have completely drop all use of contracts that are required to conduct their business legally.
