any buyer remorse yet?

Everyone who ordered should be getting their phones this week. Just wondering if there are anyone with buyer remorse yet? I have a slight case of it. No s-pen and it is really not that much thinner as the fold 6. I received a case for it and when folded, you really cannot tell the difference. Just a bit taller, that is all. I did try to cancel but it was too late. Did get an email cancelling all the free stuff. Guess I was meant to get the phone. What about you?

It's noticeably thinner!! No remorse except the usual challenges with contacting Samsung and dealing with reps who will tell you anything to get a good survey lol. Even call you a couple of hours later, lie, promise a crazy partial refund and then ask you to hurry up and do the survey so they can get a promotion lol. Unbelievable.

Only buyers remorse for me is dealing with customer support as explained on other forum.

I'm actually looking forward to the bigger screens. I don't think they need to get bigger though.

I totally agree on dealing with customer support! It's been especially challenging!

yes it is. when I posted that, I just received a case for it. When folded it was as big as the fold 6 so I assumed things.

I've had the fold 7 for a 5 days now. I still can't get over how thin it is. To be honest, I forget that it is folded and I can open it! It feels so good in my little hands. Love it!

I agree. I think they hit the sweet spot. Any bigger I think will be awkward.


If they go bigger I think it's time for a ultra fold.

I was bummed originally by not having an S pen. I have a Galaxy Tablet and a Galaxy Book 2 in 1 that both support S pens. But I did an experiment and turned off the S pen in my Z Fold 5 settings and ordered a couple of capacitive styluses a couple of weeks prior to pre-order time for the Fold 7. I found that 95% of what I used the S pen for on the Fold 5 worked just as well with the capacitive stylus. And that was more than offset by the fact the dumb stylus worked on both screens. So when I got the Fold 7 I was already used to a different type of stylus. I use the S pen for note taking on my tablet, but usually I just used the S pen on the Fold for navigation, highlighting or marking things off lists. The dumb stylus is perfectly fine for that. No regrets here at all, its an amazing phone!

I returned mine yesterday after trying out for a week. Nothing so great about it to warrant $2K price. I have other phones (iPhone 16Pro, Galaxy S24 etc). I can't justify a personal use case for keeping the Z Fold 7. Maybe for around$1K I would have considered keeping it around.

Nothing wrong with that. Not everyone likes the fold 7. I myself love it, the UDC needs to come back

Nope. I've found mine to be pretty mush silent and buttery smooth opening and closing.
