Considering we don't have it yet, nobody knows.

Actually there are some that have it but not anyone in the "mainstream". They've gotten it from other countries or some other way.

Actually, no Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 variant has 4.4 yet, it's all updated 4.3 ROMs.

Listening to the "All About Android" podcast they say that like most of the Google apps (Gmail, Maps, etc.) the camera app will be extracted from the OS and become a Play Store download.
