Any Garmin Connect users here? My device keeps getting deleted from app

This just started happening 2 days ago...When I open the app, there are no devices. I pair my watch back with the phone and then a few hours later when I open the app, it is gone. I have rebooted the phone and also deleted/reinstalled the app and it keeps happening.

It this just me or it is happening to anyone else?
 
Are you pairing it with your phone through the phone's bluetooth? If so, delete it there and "forget" the device. Then go into Connect and add device there.

I am pairing it through Garmin Connect....I have been using Garmin products for years (have had vivo active, vivo fit, a forerunner 215 and I am on my 2nd Fenix) and have never had any issues until this...
 
I have a VivoActive 4 and haven't had that issue. I don't know much about troubleshooting them, but have you tried rebooting/resetting the watch itself?
 
I have a Forerunner, a GPSMAP 66sr and a 66st. All three are staying connected and syncing in Connect on my S22. Not sure what to suggest except maybe calling Garmin support. They are not always the best knowledge wise, but they are easier than most to get a hold of.
 
I’ve got a Fenix and a Edge 830 that pair no problem on both my S22 U and my iPhone 13 Pro Max.
 
Submit an error report after replicating the issue
Samsung Members app > Get help > Send feedback > Error reports

Not sure what it could be then. I have several devices connected and I'm not having any issues. I would still try deleting the device from Connect and forgetting it in Bluetooth settings on the phone. Other than that, I'd call Garmin.
 
Definitely not the phone...the same thing happens on the Garmin Connect app on my Pixel 6 phone...I will try resetting the watch to see if that fixes it...

I am getting the same issue with my Fenix 6 sapphire on my S22U. Other devices that I haven't paired just yet on this phone show up, but the Fenix always unpairs.
 
I have an Edgw 830 and a Fenix 7X sapphire and both connect with no problem on my S22U. I did have that problem a few times with my Note 20U. Actually I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max and don't have any issues either. Check the permissions in the Garmin app.

I'm also having the same issue since a few days.
Have there been any recent Garmin app updates?

Never had any issues for the last two years with my Fenix 5 Plus connecting to a Pixel 2 XL or Samsung S20 FE.
But two weeks ago I got a new Samsung S21 FE, which initially worked as all other phones, but now is acting up.

Any solutions thusfar..?
 
I've just installed a new firmware update for my S21 FE yesterday, supposedly fixing some bugs.
The Garmin disconnect issue seems to have gone now! So it was Samsung to blame, not Garmin..
 
I have the s22u and a fenix 6 sapphire and get the same thing, it gets deleted from connect daily. I tried it also on my iPhone 11 pro and it gets deleted from connect there also, so I'd say it's the watch or my connect app/account, not the phones. Odd that it happens in android and ios though, where the bug is in both versions of the app.
 
I have exactly the same problem with my Fenix 6 and S22 Android phone. The watch only stays registered for a few hours on Connect before it gets completely deleted - doesn't even show in Bluetooth as a previously connected device. I've reported to Garmin a week ago, but no response so far.
