These are the best custom ROMs I've used.

Cyanogenmod, Slim Bean, Carbon, Pac-Rom

Quantum v2 is good, It's cyanogenmod based. I've been using it for about 3 weeks and it's very stable. Prior to this I ran CM10.2 stable it was good just liked some of the perks of quantum. Just my 2 cents.
