Any help?: 3G not working at all

Hi I activated my phone today, and everything was fine and working. However, after I turned on the wifi on my phone, I am no longer able to use 3G even after turning off wifi. I have tried toggling disabling and enabling data access on my phone, but the 3G is still not working. I have tried switch on and off airplane mode, and still nothing helps. I tried rebooting a couple times. I even flashed a different rom (I was using stock+Xionia, now I'm on Zefie's CM7) but the 3G still doesn't work. It might be useful to know that I did root and flash my phone to stock+Xionia before I activated my phone (not sure if this makes a difference). Currently I am unable to access the internet unless I use wifi. Calling and texting still work though. Any help would be appreciated.

I called VM and they said they are working to restore service

Flash back to stock, you can find the means to do so in my signature. Then re activate your phone via the activation app.

I am on the same boat. i bought mine on the 18th and havent had 3g. wifi works great, but no 3g signal. customer service cant give me an answer.

i havent had 3g for about a month i think lol, im always in buildings with wifi so meh. They better fix it soon though!!

Folks it NOT the phone your stuff works it a the Tower due the ever increasing Smart phone users it cant handle all the load of info, look at this back in the days of dial-up with AOL depended on what time of day was less active, then DSL came out sort turned out to be just as bad and gotten slower, but theres a boost they can do to DSL that will make it faster and more info then Cable came to play but even that has outages as well as Satellites, Soon or later we will get info from the high Voltage wires that are atop of polls that will send info so fast that todays computers matter what you do wont be able to handle the load.

So it not the phone, but at the towers look went from Analog to Digital,CDMA,GSM,G2 then 3G then now 4G buy the time the figure it out be in the G10's by then everybody be on smart phones. Since another war of sorts ATT and Sprint is see who can out beat who, as well as Microsoft declared war with G's Android.
So really its never going to have good speeds until the issues at towers and servers are fully up to 4g for now by the time the do it be 5g,6g....so on. Just like Windows OS 8 be out soon and new Distros are coming out same type of hype.
