Any no root tether apps that work with the htc one?

I've uninstalled, rebooted, reinstalled, tried ignoring the error screen telling me to call AT&T...It just will not work on my HTC One

Foxfi just updated and now I am asked to install certificate. Haven't tried it yet but it appears that it will work.

I'm on sprint with an m9 just got a Nexus 9 am not rooted can I tether. I tried fix fi on phone pda on tablet no luck
