Any one else have this issue?

Having a conversation and all of a sudden your ear gets buzzed by numbers being pressed.... I've formatted my phone and it's not a network problem. Anyone else had this issue...I always lock my phone whenever I'm in a call to prevent numbers being pressed. Funny part about it is that... I'm the only one that hears numbers being pressed.... The person on the other end doesn't hear it at all.
