Any reason why my phone is acting up?

Over the past few days I've noticed a few weird things about my nexus 4:

Pocket casts is acting up, so is Rdio. The phone also seems to be hitching more than is normal. Really, I don't want to do a system factory restore and redo everything, but maybe I need too? I do have helium backup, but I don't know if I can back up my phone like it is, do the factory restore, and then re download the helium back up hassle free.

Just wipe the cache and dalvik cache it should be help
