Any recs of who to use to remotely flash my Galaxy S3 to Pageplus?

I had been with Verizon for over 10 years and just switched to PagePlus. I wanted to change from my Droid Incredible for a new phone so got the Sprint SIII.

Now I need it flashed. I thought I had someone lined up but that didn't work out and I have no idea of who to use that can get me the 3g, text and mms.

I know some people are listed on Ebay but I'd rather get some recommendations.

Also I have version 4.1.2 on the phone. Does that cause more problems when flashing as far as having to downgrade?
