Its better that they fix the issues with the phone now then to release it a month ago with problems. Then you would have had people complaining that Verizon doesn't care about their customers and released a phone that doesn't work. Thousands of people buying the phone and then thousands of people returning the phone.
Now on the other hand, when they release this phone and something is still wrong with it... then its time to complain. I'm sure that they are working out every possible kink to make sure that doesn't happen though. As for Bestbuy taking preorders, now that's a different story. Its Verizon's first 4G phone and they found a last minute problem.. they will fix it.. and release it when its ready. Which should be very soon now.
