I'm looking for a replacement for my Nova launcher now that it’s become intrusive with ads and user tracking. I’ve been using the free version for more than a decade, and what set it apart from other launchers was the ability to have multiple pages in the dock, place folders there, rename apps in the app drawer, and customize app icons. I’m hoping to find a new launcher that offers the same features without the privacy concerns.
Any solid replacement for Nova Launcher?

I didn't know Nova Launcher was sold until today. I was bored, so I Googled if there was anything worth trying. I've seen a thread about it with RIP and didn't pay attention. I've always said I wouldn't be an android fan if lit wasn't for Nova! IMO Nova the GOAT. The best $1.99 I've ever spent. LOL
I learned about NIAGARA launcher a few years ago. I remember an employee at Game Shack was using it on his phone. Thankfully, I paid for the Pro version back then because they switched to the dreaded SUBSCRIPTION base.
It's different. Love it.

Niagra is a nice change of pace.
I've been using Octopi and been pretty happy with it. The Pro version is reasonably priced as well ...

I HATE when apps do the subscription based thing!! But Niagara does still offer a one-time payment option for Pro. IMO it's quite ridiculously priced at $43, but I guess that's better than monthly charges.

I can see that. For me personally, it doesn't usually work as no matter what launcher I use it's typically just a matter of time before I go back to the stock launcher LOLI figured 10 years of use for $43 I'm covered lolthat's how I justify my purchases lmao
