Any suggestions on Cinemagraph apps?

Hi,
I'm looking for an app to create a Cinemagraph pictures from a burst of still images or video. (And not by creating a fake motion like many apps do)

I used to do it with Lumia Cinemagraph (https://forums.androidcentral.com/e...mia-cinemagraph%2F9wzdncrfhx4d&token=r2szdXf5) back when I was using Windows Phone.

I Found one interesting app Cinemagraph Pro on iOS but it is not available on Android platform.
