Still on 4.1.1 since January and had read some time ago that an update would be coming. Anyone know when or an update to what? Will it be 4.1.2 or skip to 4.2.2 or just nothing at all. I know Sammy takes their old sweet time getting them out though.
Any updates to Tab2 10.1 coming soon or at all?

The tab 2 7.0 has been updated to 4.2. So there is a chance we might get updated too at some point.

I just checked and have the same tablet you have the galaxy tab 2 10.1 it did get the update 4.2.2 but doing it OTA seems impossible like it was backup by many people updating so I used Samsung Kies to do my update on my P5113 and all went well. The UI is different from 4.1.1 as in the home screen some things changed more so on home screen. Now I feel like im on a galaxy tab 3 :\ lol hmmm
Just got mine about an hour ago. Saw on another forum that it was out. Downloaded Kies (god what bloatware) and took about 20 minutes to download and install. Rebuilding my homepage folders now. Looking forward to playing with it and see what difference it makes. Already like the Gallery better, have been using QuickPic because the old style Gallery app just wasn't all that great.

I haven't got my update either. Sometimes it takes a while for it to become available.

Yes it's available I have 4.2.2 on mine right now do OTA if that doesn't work use samsung Kies like I did to upgrade
Do a check for updates if it takes forever to tell you that there one use samsung kies.

Still nothing for me yet either over the air or through Kies. It might not be available in my country yet.

I just did the Kies update on my Tab 2 10.1 and now shows 4.2.2 but the multiple user thing isn't showing on mine. Do you know how to do it? In the how to videos it shows a new choice in settings called users and mine doesn't have that after the update. Thank you.

Not sure when it rolls out there but it's rolled out in the US. As for the multi user I couldn't find it. I thought that a feature on 4.3?

My tab 2 10.1 was updated few days ago to 4.3 by the pushed update from Samsung. I'm not really happy about it, as it looks and feels completely diff from 4.1.2

I just looked again and it said 4.3. Rebooted the device and now it shows 4.2.2, go figure. I never really liked the tab 2 10.1, as I much prefer the note as it much better of a tab. I disabled the updates on the note so I cant duplicate the the issue.

The tab 2 isn't a bad tablet by far better then some others I seen granted it doesn't have the power as the note. Anyway I agree though there a few things I don't like what they did on the newest update but I'm stuck with it which means I just gotta learn it.

See attached, it's not available as yet for me either. I'm on T-Mo and there's nothing supporting an update in their site.
