Any way possible to see what processes are using all the cpu?

I have an S& running 7.o nougat, not rooted. I run system panel 2 and it show the cpu hovering around 50% and the phone lags. If I reboot and wipe the cache partition, then the phone run great for a while then slows down. I check the battery usage and doesn't show any hi running apps.
Is there a way on a non rooted phone to see what processes or apps are hogging the cpu?
