any way to change the blue on blue colors

I'm really having a tough time with the colors. I bumped up the text size to large
in an attempt to make it more readable.

any way to go back to white background color

actually most of the menus/lists are white on blue/black.
text list is blue on blue/black

I rarely use texting. I use Talk. Just looked at Text. Mine is black on light blue. Not the greatest.

I'm having the same issues since the last update. I also increased the font size, and that helped. But I'd love to go back to the previous color scheme. Does anyone know where to send complaints?
