Any way to create 480 fps video where camera app supports 1080p 240 fps?

I have a Poco F1 which is snapdragon 845.It does make 240fps 1080p slow-mo where OnePlus 6 can create 480fps slo-mo with same config.
Any possibility/app that can be used to make 480 fps video?
