Any way to get gmail?

Got Gear S. Love it. But I'm primarily a Gmail user. How do I get this watch to recieve those?

Also, being able to reply to Facebook messenger rather than just seeing the message would be nice...

Exactly. Especially the FB part. I really need the FB app instead of having to go thru Opera. WHYYYYYYYYYYYYY is there not FB.

Set Gmail in the email app instead of Gmail one.

I had the same problem initially with Gmail, but now it's fixed. Go to the Gear Manager and check for an update.

Although you likely have it set to update automatically it doesn't always. I performed the update and all my selected apps, including Gmail, are all syncing properly now. Let us know how do and if that corrects the problem.

This. Works fine with response. Your other option would he to use Opera Mini for Gmail

Get the 'Notifications for Gear S' app fir your phone and it allows you to read and reply to Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp etc. Pretty sure it works with Gmail too

I did that on my watch for using the email client to get Gmail but it then would sync my phone to use the email client to gmail. I like using the actual gmail app instead on my phone
