Any Way to Get Rid of Info Battery is Fully Charged Please Unplug in Notifier Drop Down

When I pull down the notification bar to read an email or sms that just came in my notification list is so long I have to scroll. I hate that. Some of my apps just don't work without persistant icon however I do NOT need a message telling me my battery is full. I also don't want the phone screen to turn on when battery is full. I am not rooted and there is no way to root my version of note 3. Is there any way to get rid of the stupid notification...besides unplugging wiseguy! LOL

NotifyClean, an Xposed Installer module, will take care of that and any other notifications you don't need to see constantly. (The phone has to be rooted.)

Like I said. No way to root after latest VZW update.
