Any way to hide duplicate media in Gallery?

I don't know how else to describe this.

Example:
My Gallery has the following "Categories" or "Labels"
All Pictures
All Videos
Pictures
Videos

Both picture galleries have the same files.
Both video galleries have the same files.

What can I do?

i'm wondering the same thing -- wish i could specify where it gets it's photo's from, as currently it's also showing me all of my album covers. just what i want in my photo gallery.

i currently have:
-camera pictures
-camera media
-all pictures

i'm sure 'media' is going to have videos if i took any, but currently these are identical


also, is anyone elses gallery (photo's or media) really.. really.. slow to load?

I've got your galleries plus bluetooth pictures. I haven't noticed that mines slow to load.
