any way to remove ADW from cyanogen???

currently running cyanogen 7 rc1 on my og droid but not really a fan of adw.....is there any way to take it off?

I just downloaded and used Go Launcher and made it default.

To make most apps non-removable
place them in /system/app
I put my go launcher there
reboot

to remove replaced apps delete them after placing
the replacement in system/app
i.e. no launcher = no home ( blank screen)
