Any way to stop Samsung Galaxy Watch from dimming?

I want my watch to be on all the time, with just the brightness adjusted. I don't want it dimming every few seconds. Even with Always On it still dims.

As far as know, the only thing you can do for all watch faces is to set the screen timeout to the maximum value of 5 minutes, but after that it will go to AOD mode, meaning the AOD face will be shown.

An alternative would be to use a watch face for witch the AOD face is the same as the normal watch face.
