Any way to transfer contacts from dead iphone to GS4?

Hi all,

I just got a samsung galaxy s4 and I was looking up how to transfer my contacts from my iphone 4 to this new phone. From what I've seen it looks like you have to sync contacts to google contacts and then add the google account to the new phone. However, my iphone broke and does not turn on at all and I can not access the device if it is plugged into my computer. I have backed up my iphone on itunes prior to it breaking and would like to know if there is any way to restore these files to my galaxy s4? All I have seen through my searches require me to still have a functioning iphone. Is there any way to still do this? Thanks,

Yea I think you can use the program from samsungsmartswitch.com. I haven't tried it yet but it looks like it just pulls off the data from your itunes. Hopefully it works for you.

Easy Phone Sync app did that and all 30GB of my iTunes music.

No iPhone necessary.
