Any way to turn off AT&T 'Enhanced" LTE?

Has anyone found a way to turn off AT&T's enhanced LTE/VoLTE on the Moto X? I am assuming the X uses it since my cell standby is though the roof and my S6 did the same thing until I turned off enhanced LTE and when I search in the settings there is a listing for Enhanced 4G LTE mode but it just sends me to the cellular data page and the only thing I can do is turn off LTE all together. I know you can turn it off on Verizon but the option does not seem to appear with AT&T.

I tried chatting with Moto but all I got was broken English confusion so I gave up pretty quick.

what is your cell standby looking like?

in 3.5 hrs mine is at 1% of usage, which seems pretty normal.
