Any way to turn off vibrate when unlocking?

Driving me nuts.

I know this is an old post, but I had the same problem on my Moto X. There's no way to turn off that haptic feedback when unlocking the phone. You can turn off haptic feedback for everything else on the phone, but not this. I agree, it's annoying.
