Any weather apps with hourly chance of rain?

I've used the Weather Channel app for a while, but I realized that it runs in the background constantly unless I force kill it, and the permissions are kind of ridiculous.

Accuweather will show me the chance of rain only after I click on the hour. It also forces GPS every time I open it even when I have it set to not use my location for weather. I'd like to be able to see every hour's chance of rain at once like the Weather Channel app so I can take a quick look at the forecast and decide if I should ride my bike or not based on the hours that the chance of rain is high.

Is there anything out there that will give me that?

WeatherBug will give you that, but you do have to select the hourly forecast.

Awesome! I went with this one. Very simple and clearly displays exactly what I need to know. I love that it also has the option to turn off the persistent notification/background running.

WeatherCaster was my second choice, but 1Weather ended up being the simpler of the two.

Thanks to everyone for the suggestions! I did some searching on my own but didn't find anything I liked, so I'm glad other people were able to help.

Google's own News and Weather app can show you the chance of rain at any point during the day as well as relative humidity.

I use Beweather pro and like it. It has the hourly option as well.
