I think my phone has a problem when I press buttons (numbers) during a call.
I called up Tmo to activate my SIM card, and during the process, it asks you to enter the SIM card number and IMEI among other things. When I enter the numbers on the One, the phone just goes blank and stays silent for a while, and then gets disconnected. I didn't have the same problem when I called the same number from my 4S. The numbers only worked in one instance, where I just had to press a single number, but I wasn't able to press numbers again.
I activated by 'saying' the numbers, but I still want to figure out why I'm having this issue with pressing the numbers.
Anybody face the same issue? I was able to repeat this issue multiple times with the Tmo number. Any solutions/ideas?
