UPDATE!!!!!
So, as you all know I won an e-gift code to Samsung.com back in May of this year. Since then I have been looking at a fw things that I wanted to get with the code(either of the Notebook 9 Pro's or the 12 inch 2 in 1 tablet for Verizon).
There are 6 Galaxy book 2 in 1 models online (two 10 inch models and four 12 inch models), only 1 can be purchased directly, all others have to go through another retailer.

Anybody notice a pattern? It has been this way since May 2018. I called Samsung on 3-4 different numbers and was pretty much told by everyone, sorry to hear this, but you can only use the gift code at Samsung.com. I let them know I know tis, I don't want to try and spend it anywhere else, I WANT to spend it at Samsung.com but the items can't be bought directly from Samsung, they have a link redirecting you to another retailer to buy from. They then told me that maybe it is just out of stock at the warehouse and to check back frequently. I explain I have been, since May and nothing ever changes. This has been one fantastic nightmare...
I have been a Samsung fan since the Note 3, have had several notes since then. My wife had the Galaxy Fireball A.K.A. Note 7, LOVED IT, and was crushed when she had to send it back. Even after that she got a Note 8. We have other Samsung products in our home as well as other family members. This ordeal has kinda soured me on Samsung and just not sure what to do about it.
Sent Samsung an email via their website explaining the whole deal and just waiting to hear back from them. I ended the email with the following;
I really appreciate the opportunity to win such a great prize. I just wonder how great it is if I am unable to spend it due to a severely limited number of items available at the only place I can use it. I would appreciate any help in getting this resolved. Thank you for your time.
