Yeah, I think they are intentionally making it hard so they don't have to pony up the items picked. I have until the end if the year to use it so I'll keep at it.

Just thinking of all the Samsung phones I've purchased over the years. Samsung would run a promotion for half off a S-View case. They'd send you a confirmation discount code. You'd attempt to order it and it would be unavailable. Of course availability always happened a week after the confirmation discount code expired.

Of course they have been okay for things like the free 256GB SD card <I have 3> and the Gear VR < I have 4> so it kinda evens out.

I see a lot of posts saying they "won" something. Have any of you "received" your prize yet??

I redeemed some points on Samsung Pay in the middle of June for the fast vehicle charger, which SP sends you a code to use on Samsung.com to order the charger. I called Samsung Rewards and Samsung.com to find out where the charger is and they couldn't find my order.

Just got an email from them asking for my original email with my gift code. Not sure why they need it, since they sent it to me. Not sure how many $1000 gift code winners they had out of 125 (the number quoted as the number of $1000 gift codes to be given away) that have the same name as me. I may just reply with the email and X out the gift code.

No, I just dealt with the harsh reality that their, Samsung, Website sucks in it's design. They have everything listed, you can research and get details on items, then they alow you to buy some items directly from them then you have to buy other items from an online vendor. Seems like a dumb way to sell your product if you ask me.

did they get rid of the Samsung pay rewards Visa? I don't have the option.

i have never won anything in the years I have tried, not that I would trust them to actually give me what I won. I'm still waiting on my $10 Amazon gift card we were supposed to get when they did the PayPal promo.

Nope and I have burned some points there

I spent nearly 3000 points trying to win the gear S3 sport watch. I landed on the same spot. Every. Single. Time. Can they at least make me feel like it isn't rigged lol

I just won 200,000 points from some giveaway I forgot about back last year. That's enough points to get anything they have. I had to fill out some forms due to it being a prize valued over $1000. It says once all winners (50) is confirmed they will issue the points.

S21 ultra here I come!!? My Note 8 has served me well. Been such a good phone.
