Anybody had this problem?

I have this low volume on incoming calls problem intermittently--but I'm never listening to 'phones prior to the call, so that isn't it. In fact, in many cases the phone is just sitting there, doing nothing. I can barely hear the caller (if it's otherwise quiet around me), and I ask them to call back. The next call is always OK.

Very annoying.
