no issues with either my wife's or my tbolt. both stock. we run full time in 3g. GPS great, battery life as much as we need (her's w/stock battery, mine w/ext.battery)

Did you ever think that people who are having problems tend to be more vocal then those who aren't? It's not as widespread as it seems, but still a problem that needs to be addressed nonetheless.

I've worked in the retail sector since 1976 and can say without a doubt those with negative to spread tend to be much more vocal than those who's life is smooth sailing. Really sucks at times when you see a coworker who is amazing with the public with NO positive remarks (but you've seen them in action and know they are tops with customer service) and they get one customer who has a complaint and it gets on their record. Oh that the 99 others that had good experiences would send in a kudos!
