Anyone able to use softcard in the store?

I can't get it to work. Previous Droid maxx worked without problems. Yes nfc is turned on.

If not softcard, how about Google wallet? I can't get either to work in the stores. I can transfer files via nfc so that's not the problem.

Any ideas?

You said NFC is on. Did you mean yours or the stores or both? Some stories have turned off NFC recently.

Well mine is on, the store is on also as I've paid there for years with droid maxx using softcard and galaxy nexus using Google wallet. So I'm wondering if I'm the only one who even bothers with pay from phone apps.

I am sure you are not alone. I know a few people who use it. Personally I don't. Few of the stores where I regularly shop have NFC and one of them turned it off recently. Plus I can swipe a card in the same or less time.

Can someone please go to test menu by entering *#*#7378423#*#* from dialer, then service tests and run nfc test to see if you guys get same result as below?
