Walgreens had 'em, but they were in a basket by the register - not on the candy shelf.
Cashier said "well, we have these too" after I looked at the regular stock, and said I was looking for some specially marked bars.

After shopping at 6 different grocery stores in the last month, I finally found some android ones at a seattle target. People have been reporting winning at least something (kit kats or play store $) on their first try. I got the $5 myself. I'll try my other bars on a different ip address just in case to see if that'll get me another $5
