Anyone buy from Negri before?

Has anyone bought from Negri Electronics before? I bought a Galaxy Nexus GSM there, and was having a few issues with it, so simply just wanted to exchange it, and I seem to be getting questions after questions and only getting a reply once a day... and before I know it my amount of days I have before it's un-returnable will be up...

I bought one from Expansys a couple months ago and had no issues or questions asked. Just simply returned it and was refunded my full amount. Negri seems to not want to return the device.

I proposed the idea of me just purchasing another one, then return the defected one I have back to them, once I receive my new one, so I'm not stuck without a phone.

I bought from them and had great, quick responses from customer service. Never had to deal with a warranty exchange though.

I had to deal with a warranty exchange with my Nexus S (now have a Galaxy Nexus from them), and they took care of it promptly and without problems. Very good vendor, IMO.

I've purchased 3 devices from them, returned one. Just call them.

I've been having problems with them on exchanging my gnex with issues under warranty. Just wanted to throw my experience out there.

Although I've heard nothing but good things about Negri, their website was hacked the other day and there was a message in semi-english about a dude getting shafted out of $200 for fixing some google base problem on the site, and so now I'm a little wary.
