i am using device model no Q9011TA-F01CJ2-Q00-V4.0.13N8-EN in my toyota Grande, having android version 4.2.2, how to get latest android version for my device.

Welcome to Android Central forums. I tried looking up the number you gave, thinking it was a model number only to find out it appears to be a software number.

What year is your car?

Is this the factory unit in this car?

What is the model number of this head unit?

Anyway, I plugged what I could of your question in Google and found this video. Let us know if this helps or if you need more help. Also answer the questions so we have enough information to research this issue.

Best wishes.

Are you trying to update the head unit of your vehicle, or the Android Auto software version on your phone?

If you're trying to update the unit in your vehicle, then details at this site might help:

I found this link to Toyota multimedia updates but couldn't find your vehicle listed. I wonder if you would get a different list of vehicles if the site saw your region shown as Australia? Either way, there is the option to enter a VIN number. Try this site.

I see others saying that you're not likely to find an update, which I both agree and disagree with. If you've never done an update to your system, you are likely to find "one". It's probably from 2019 and it's probably the last thing they ever updated for that system, but my guess is you'll find at least one update. Where they are likely correct about this is, you are not going to find an update that brings new features or usability to the system. Nothing from the 2020s I would imagine.

What was your goal with this update? Just wanted it to be the "best" it could be, hoped it would fix/solve a problem, or hoping that you'll get new features, like wireless AA?
