Anyone else disappointed with Note 20 Ultra color choices?

Just looked at video and yeah I notice now and does look cool... hide micro scratches better. I guess the polish does well with the glossy White.

I actually thought all colors were going to have the matte finish and I would have loved that too... a matte White hiding all fingerprints with the brushed frame... hot. And a matte black... that would have made me re-think... for a second :p... over a matte White.

Look how good this matte white skin looks on the black Note. Could just be me, but I love the contrast.

I agree with others above. I really like the look of the brushed frame on the Note 20 (non-Ultra). Here's a good video if you want to see more of the white. I can't understand a word he's saying, but I inferred a lot assuming he's just saying what all the other hands-on are saying.

I don't spend much time staring at the back of my phone, so the color makes little difference to me. It mattered a bit more back when phones had bezels that you could see all the time.

Exactly.

As far as Samsung flagships are concerned, that ended with the S7/Edge and Note 7/Fan Edition.

Dat coral blue...that you could actually see as you use the phone...

True. But if you were at a carrier store wanting to buy the N20U and the only color they had was a color you didn't like... pink?? If you like pink then... orange? Would you still buy it since your just gonna cover it up with a case?

Just doing a quick Google... Apple does the same thing of not offering the same colors from the standard 11 and their 11 Pro models. I wonder if they make the same complaints as us on the iPhone forums lol. I guess they offer one more color on the Pro than Samsung on the N20U and more on the regular 11 where there is a better chance of having a color they like.

I'm just happy I was able to get black. That year I got stuck with a blue note 9 was the worst. Lol
Yeah, I remember that. I was hoping for silver after they took my silver N7's but the 8 didn't have silver, so went black. Which i grew to like, then the note 9 I also was stuck with blue. Honestly hated that color and the phone had constant issues, mostly with notifications. I will say the N10+ is the only phone I've ever had that has been 100% issue free, never once made me feel I needed to do a factory reset and the battery life is amazing. I have faith Samsung will build on that with the N20

I complained about it. LOL, I know, I know...big surprise. If they would've made the green of the 11 in the Pro Max I woulda bought it in a heartbeat.

At least they offer the same product line up, specs and colors everywhere and consistent experience unlike Samsung.

And no I'm not an apple fan or Samsung fan, I buy them all but it's what it is.

That makes you a fan of both, but I won't agree with you on the definition of a fan.

I meant more in the way of being biased one company over the other etc. I buy Samsung, Apple, Google and throw in some OnePlus, other companies here and there once in while

At the end I don't care about a particular company, if someone makes something interesting I'm going to buy. Sure no one is truly unbiased and we all have our favorites but I try to keep an open mind and see the advantages/disadvantages each offer. In the original context Apple does have more consistent product line up across the globe in terms of what skus they offer.

shocked that so many people didnt like the previous Note that came in Blue.

Trust me, I love the blue Note. It's gonna be hard for me to mail mine back for trade-in. If I don't absolutely love the Ultra I'll have no qualms sending it back and keeping my 10+ another year.
