Anyone else getting the Wifi Only Galaxy Tab when released?

I ordered one!! Wanted something middle of the road and think this will work perfect for me.

I had a Nook with CM7 on it. Was nice no doubt but it was just missing things that a full-on tablet had. Which I wanted, so I jumped. Cant wait to mess around with it and theme it!

Where did you order it from? I'm looking to get one too. I have an iPad but it's just too bulky sometimes. Plus, my daughter always steals it from me. Galaxy tab will be daddy's toy. I can't wait to root it and theme it. Good ol android, can't live without it

LOL. Thanks for the link. But all I get are dead links from the Samsung site. Or an "in stock" status, then when I access the link. Out of stock. I may go to VZW today and grab one. I have a buddy that works there. Maybe he can work a good deal. I know its not the WiFi only model but that's ok

I loved my Galaxy Tab when I tried it out on Tmobile. I didn't want to stay in a 2 year contract tho so I took it back.

Really considering the wifi only tab. I love the size. I have an iPad 2 too, so a 7" android would be perfect for me.

It to a family member and really am thinking about the tab. Love android but haven't figured out where it fits yet.

Walked in and paid for it... There really wasn't anything else. Possibly cuz it was an open item. The tab was also on hold for me,until it rightfully fell into my meatclaws.

I just got the wifi from amazon two days ago. so far I like it but I downloaded the borders apand can only get it to open when wifi is turned off. and then it tells me there is a network error. when wifi is turned on the ap will not open and get the message to force close. The tablet came with the kindle ap already on it is there possible a conflict with these aps?

I just bought one from T-Mo. I know, I have to have a data plan, but really, I think it's going to be worth it. The size is perfect and I really didn't want a tablet. I was going to get a Nook Color for the children's books for my daughter, but I'll just use the GTab and the Nook app. Plus, I get more usage out of this AND it's cheaper. Got a refurb for $149. I held this thing in one hand and it was a PERFECT fit. I think my daughter will also like the smaller size as well.

I thought about the wi-fi only version, but when I thought about already carrying a phone around and having to tether all the time, I figured with a data plan, I can not worry about the tethering aspect and still use my phone as a phone when needed. It's all preference at that point, but I can't find fault with anyone that goes either way. The only thing I want to do now is get Gingerbread on it and I'm all set.

I spoke with Samsung this morning and work out the problem on the borders ap. open the application with wifi off to login screen don't close it then go to the home page and turn on wifi and go back to login page and login downloads entire library.
