Yes I have that error on my US unlocked S21 ultra on T-Mobile running the latest beta. Didn't have that issue on the earlier beta but on the latest one I started having that issue. Are you running the release version? Crazy if they haven't fixed that in release version and also this might not be affecting everyone.
Anyway for me S21 ultra is one of my secondary phones so I just uninstalled Samsung pay to get rid of that annoying issue. Even restarts wasn't fixing it so uninstalled Samsung pay after which everything is fine.
If you rely on Samsung pay then it'll suck to have this issue.
Supposedly there is a new Samsung pay update that fixes this crash. Look at the play store or Galaxy app store for Samsung pay update to see if that fixes for you.
