Anyone else have apps uninstall themselves?

So I went to play mini squadron yesterday and it wasn't on my home screen anymore (keeps removing the shortcut like with angry birds) so i went to put it back and realized it just wasn't there anymore. So I went back to the market and found that both minis squadron and angry birds were listed as not installed. Anyone else run into this?

Every time I power off my Sprint tab, I lose angry birds & dolphin HD from my home screen. They're still in my apps, but are always gone from my home screen when I power it on.

Every time I turn my VZW tab off it also deleted them from my home screen. But I found it has nothing to do with the apps themselves, its all the apps that are installed on the SD card that get deleted from the home screen. You can check the list of apps you have on the card in settings, applications, manage applications. For some reason angry birds defaults to instlaling on the SD card.
