Anyone else having Google Messenger problems?

Is anyone else having issues with the google messager on their phones, I'm not receiving some messages until a day later which means i've missed some stuff or I'm getting a message multiple times even after I've replied to the original message. I'm using it for text messages but don't use it too often, I mainly use whatsapp.

It has been working great for me for years...6 pro and now 7 pro. Yes, RCS enabled.

Sometimes the messages won't send if I am sending back to back texts. I have to reboot for it to send. This has happened twice in 6 months.. T-Mobile

Are these missed messages coming from iPhone? I saw a post on reddit where there seems to be an issue with sms messaging between Android and iPhone. It seems to be specific to att.

I'm on Eir, its a carrier in Ireland.

I don't think its an iPhone/ android thing. It just seems to happen every now and then where I'll get multiple messages with the same thing or not get a message at all until the next day

Can try clearing cache then force stop the message app , Do you use a VPN?

I just cleared the cache there, I've also tried restarting the phone so I'll see if it helps. I don't use messenger too
often so hopefully that works. No VPN in use either.

No real issues here...Tho I often think there is till I realize my phone goes "Do not Disturb" at 10PM.

Did not have messages or notifaction at 3 am when I quit playing Jedi Survivor, Got them all at 6am this morning.

I do use Googles free VPN.
