I have used DVD Catalys 4 to convert DVDs to a format that can play on the TF. However, some of them play, others will not. But they all play on my laptop.

Anyone else encounter this?

Seems to be something fishy going on when i transfer it over to the TF-101. The file works on my laptop, I transfer it over to the TF-101 and it doesn't play. If I transfer the copy from the TF-101 back to my laptop, it doesn't play on my laptop.

Doesn't that sound fishy? Gonna try zipping the file and transferring the zip and extracting it.

I use the same program and have had no issues. Try using another player like Moboplayer. Maybe that would work.

I use the same program and have made and copied 3 movies over with no problem. I was using Moboplayer tho

I use Moboplayer and encode with handbrake.

I have seen no real issues, but I transfer videos over with a mSD card most of the time. I've also transferred a few over wifi with Wifi File Explorer. I've not really plugged the TF directly to the PC since getting it.

How are you specifically moving the files to the TF?

I have MoboPlayer and MX Player, you might find MX Player more versatile. I like it a little better.
