Anyone else missing Call Screen feature

I was surprised to see that all the Moto phones come with call screening as well now. I thought it was a pixel only feature? My wife's loving it on her G6 we picked up for half price. It's on our backup Z3 play we picked up for half price as well.

I am on Verizon, I have the settings but the options does not appear when I get a call...

Now that I think about it, it also stopped appearing on my 2XL

How did you get off the beta because I assume that's my problem. After the software patch 12-2-19 my call screen disappeared.

The new auto call screen option just showed up for me in the phone app. I was a little wary of using this but after reading more about it I'm going to give it a try. If it starts screening legit callers I'll just go back to manual call screen.

Google FI user here with still no Automatic Call Screening. Phone is up to date, December Security update etc. No Auto call screen. Google support is mystified (we went through it ALL up to doing an actual FDR which I will only do as a last resort.) So, there must be others out there. Any other Pixel 4 users with no Auto Call Screening feature available to them? as of December 17 2019?

Yup, me too. Pixel 4 XL.

Oddly enough, Call Screen is back today. I cleared some settings in the Assistant and the Google Fi app then reset them again, exactly as before. I don't know if that helped or if it was just something that righted itself, but Call Screen is working again.

Pixel 4. No Beta. Just noticed today that the "screen call" option is no longer here. I know it was here yesterday or just a few days ago as I could tell the Holiday Spammers were out in force and I was using the hell out of it. Now I just have a message to Accept or Decline the call. I did just reboot my phone today. Very odd - and I MISS this feature!

Hey there. Figured this out. Go to Settings:Apps & Notifications:Advanced:Default apps From there make sure that Caller ID & spam app is selected. If it wasn't, then selected it and reboot. I did that and now mine works. I guess it got unselected somehow - OR MAYBE these damned spam phone outfits have infected the phones just enough to turn that option off? Hmmmmmm?

I am on Xfinity (Verizon) and have the feature.. Maybe some carriers have turned it off?
