Anyone else returning their Note 20 Ultras?

If you don't want feel like you're in this alone I'll say that I'm returning mine.

Mine is at the FedEX office right now.

ETA - on its way back to Samsung - NOT - on its way to me - WHEW - glad I got that straightened out

Soon to be a former Note 9 owner, I will not return my Note 20 Ultra; there is too much for me to like.

I've had every Note, except the 1, 7, and 10. The Note 20 Ultra is the best phone I've ever had, thus far.

I like to think I do enough homework before purchasing as I like others buy my phone at full retail price.

Also this year in the Uk we actually got some decent offers and not just a Trade In deal !

I actually found myself getting caught up in the Snapdragon and Exynos 990 chipset debacle which I soon put a stop to.

Even deliberating importing a Snapdragon version to the Uk at one point.

So as not to over think all of this I pulled the trigger and purchased the Black Note 20 Ultra 256gb Exynos version along with a discounted Samsung Black Leather back case and the free Buds Live.

I have 28 days as a cooling off period at the end of the day.

Nope! At least not until the Note 21 Ultra comes out

I will relearn the button and s-pen placement, didn't notice the camera noise until someone mentioned it, and I don't necessarily go around shaking my phone by my ear anyway.

Every phone will have its pros and cons, but for me, unless it is absolutely unbearable, glitch-full, frustratingly slow, I'm keeping it.

Again, until the next Note.

Let the Church say Amen! As a whole, Notes are perfect for me.

Yeah, I keep pressing the speaker grill searching for the Spen, but I'll adjust.

Yep, camera is noisy, but who's using it like a tambourine?

And Samsung is nickel and diming us by excluding things that we used to get.

Still with all of that, nothing else gives me the productivity in the palm of my hand like a Note. I'm with you, Sis. Until Note 21 Ultra! ✌🏾

Which is good because I'm a lefty
Yeah thats great there Lefty Louie, but the point is for my wonderful self as a Right Ralphy is that it doesn't make any difference in real world usage. Its a minor inconvenience at best to reach left to remove and replace as compared to the convenience of buttons on the right.

I own a note 10+ and after using the Note 20 ultra for two days, I didn't see enough to convince me to ditch the 10+.

The 20 ultra is a great phone but it was little things that bothered me.

- No pre-installed screen protector. I don't want to deal with this especially on a curve display. The dome glass seems to be the only really good solution but its a huge pain to install and get it right. Then i usually end up getting webbing on the side and have to do it again

- The pen on the left side. Its weird and bothers me.

- Camera makes noises when i move phone sometimes. Sounds cheap and annoys me on such a expensive device.

- The camera bump is ok but I wonder about exposure to damages because its a big surface area.

Does Samsung charge a restock fee or deduct shipping charges on returns?

In general, that sounds like maybe a poor signal issue?
Screen time was on about 1 hour, 40 mins when i plugged it in so my usage has been very light but still was draining a lot in standby.

My phone was draining 1% every 15 mins it seems when looking at the AOD. Maybe I have too many widgets that are consistently using battery.
